Product depth and breadth:
- Rhee Bros is the only Asian food company to carry authentic and quality products from every major Asian country: Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Filipino. Each country is represented by a combination of successful and recognized national brands as well as our own private brands covering dry, refrigerated, and frozen food and non food items. In addition, we supply a wide variety of fresh Asian produce and frozen meat and seafood products. All told, we carry over 10,000 SKU's to fit every discerning need and taste.
Successful Private Brands
- Rhee Bros was one of the first Asian food companies to carry branded products in the US. At that time, most of Asia, did not produce branded food products. Instead many food items were either homemade or locally made. By starting private labeling very early on and emphasizing quality and pricing, Rhee Bros was able to achieve recognition and success, particularly with the "Assi" brand. Rhee Bros is one of the very few Asian food companies that can truly say its private brands can compete with national brands on quality and price.
Distribution Network:
- Currently, Rhee Bros distribution network covers over 1600 accounts throughout the US and over 20 countries worldwide through various distribution partnerships. In the US alone, Rhee Bros and it's distribution partners and subsidiaries, have over 500, 000 sq ft of dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage combined over four distribution centers located in Baltimore, Los Angles, Chicago, and Atlanta.
- We operate our own fleet of trucks and utilize other transportation to reach customers located in big cities or small towns where no other Asian distributor sells. By operating our own fleet, we can achieve better flexibility and customer service to meet our customer's demands.
