Our customers are at the heart of our business and the reason why we exist. Rhee Bros services over 1600 accounts throughout the US and over 20 different countries. As a wholesaler and distributor, our primary customers are Asian retailers in the US and abroad. In addition to servicing Asian retail, we also distribute to restaurants, wholesalers, US supermarket chains, foodservice, and manufacturers.
- Retail
- Most of our business comes from servicing Asian retail stores throughout the US. These retail stores range from less than 5000 sq ft to over 140,000 sq ft in size and from major metropolitan areas like New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles to smaller cities like Nashville and El Paso. As Asian food is becoming more popular in mainstream America, major grocery chains like Costco, HEB, and Giant Foods have been carrying our products
- Food Service
- Rhee Bros offers a wide variety of food service items and sizes for independent restaurants or major restaurant chains covering Korean. When it comes to food service, our motto is "If we don't have it, we can source it". By the off chance we do not carry a certain product in inventory, our sourcing network allows us to reach out to one of our thousands of vendors to find the right product. If needed, we have the flexibility to custom pack products from ingredients to packaging.
- Mainstream US Customers
- Over the past few years, Asian food has been experiencing tremendous growth in mainstream America. Whether as a healthy alternative or something new and trendy to try, more and more Americans are demanding Asian food at home and at restaurants. Rhee Bros has invested resources to meet this demand and has had success at both the retail and foodservice level due to it's ability to cover products from all major Asian countries and to understand the difference in Asian and US businesses.
